Downstairs
You’ll find all the living spaces on the ground floor, along with a handy shower room. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated in a coastal inspired theme.
The light, bright sitting room has a log burner to snuggle up in front of in the colder months, and a TV with Netflix so you can keep up with all your favourite shows. Or, you might prefer to simply sink into the luxury sofas and catch up with your nearest and dearest after a day exploring the local area.
The well-equipped, eat-in kitchen has everything you could possibly need to feed your brood during your self-catering stay. Including an integrated hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer – it even has a Nespresso machine. And the dining area has ample seating for all guests. It’s the perfect spot for mealtimes, cheating at Monopoly or enjoying a glass of wine or two!
Plus the ground floor wetroom, to the left as you come in the front door, is ideal for washing the sand off your feet, or dirty paws.
Upstairs
The nautical theme continues upstairs where you’ll find three beautifully-appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s a lovely, light-filled room with a surprise wow factor – French doors that open onto a glass balcony from where you can sit and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the landscape. With space for a bistro table and chairs, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or a romantic sunset after you’ve put the little ones to bed.
Bedroom two also has a sumptuous king-size bed and bedroom three is a comfortable single. All rooms will be made up ahead of your arrival with quality linens, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep.
The family bathroom is the final room on this floor – in here, you can enjoy a soak in the decadent roll-top bath. It has a hand-held shower, and there’s also a WC and basin. Towels are provided.
Outside
This Norfolk holiday cottage has a large, lush garden. It’s secure and secluded – the perfect spot for the kids and dogs to play. You can keep an eye on them either from the patio or from the dining area inside, which has windows overlooking the garden and a door leading directly outside.
The large lawned area is perfect for playing games, having fun and making memories. The dining patio area has garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining on warmer days. There’s also a smaller courtyard area with a small table and chairs to enjoy a drink (or two) or a more intimate chat.
We have a large, gravel driveway with space for up to three cars, as well as an EV charging point that’s suitable for most cars. We also provide secure storage for bicycles.
